Easy experience. TBH I did not shop around too much, nor inspect or grill them on the work. As a Honda/import specialist and given decent reviews, I trusted their work. I simply emailed asking for an estimate to replace all four brakes/rotors and do the timing belt service on my Ridgeline. Of course their price was way less than the dealer on both, and less than another shop on the brakes as well. They were able to clean up a brake caliper instead of replacing it (two shops said it would need to be replaced); that saved $300. And they had time for me within the week. Final cost was as quoted and work was done on time.

Honest, friendly and professional. Yes! They do still exist! Very pleased with the diagnosis service we received on our CRV. A less reputable place could have milked this job for a lot of money. Thanks again to Markus and the team.

Been going to ACI for over 30 years. Always trustworthy and always confident the job is done right. This was an AC service and when picking up my car, they described the work and it was more than expected and the fee was as quoted. Friendly, helpful, it doesn't get better than that!
